How it works
From ordering your cards to your first payment, here is what to expect.
Pay $350 in supported crypto for both cards: Goblin Physical and Goblin Virtual. International trackable shipping is included.
Choose tracked international shipping or local EU locker delivery with no customs. For a locker, enter its number and your contact details in the order’s shipping field. Once your card arrives, contact support to register both cards.
Request your dashboard invite from support, then sign in to check balances and fund your cards with crypto. Prefer messaging? You can also use the Telegram bot.

Direct answers
Your balance reflects the crypto payment we receive, less the applicable coin and product fees—not the amount you originally entered. If you decide to send a different amount, use the same deposit address; there is no need to start again. Follow the address and network shown in your funding instructions. Card minimums and fees still apply.
For Goblin Physical: BTC, ETH, SOL, XMR, or USDT. Use the web portal (recommended) or the Telegram bot, and follow the displayed wallet address and network instructions.
Our current $350 USD offer gets you two separate cards for the price of one: Goblin Physical and Goblin Virtual. International trackable shipping, activation, and support are included. After full release, the two cards will be sold separately.
Goblin Physical: 0% FX and 0% Goblin ATM fees, with a 3.5% deposit fee (4% for XMR) and a $100 USD minimum deposit. Goblin Virtual: approximately 1.5% FX compared with rates shown on Google and similar services. This includes a 1% FX markup added on top of the underlying conversion rate, not directly to the rate shown on Google. The exact difference varies by currency and conversion time. A 2% cash withdrawal fee applies separately. ATM operators may apply their own charges. See Pricing for full details.
